Perks, Benefits & Upgrades of Traveling as an Insider
Here are examples of the benefits that many Referring Travel Agents have enjoyed since joining YTB Travel Network. You too will be extended similar upgrades and courtesies available only to the travel professional working with their own YTB home based business.
Shortly after we joined YTB Travel Network, our family took a trip to Italy . We wanted to stay at the best hotel resorts Italy . As we drove along the Italian coastline, we would stop at the nicest hotel and ask for their rates which were usually about $325/night. We then told them we were travel agents from the US and asked for a travel agent rate; we never paid more than $125. Plus, we often got upgraded to a suite and added breakfast, too. Wow! We saved $200 per night! We'll never go back to traveling at retail rates again.

Last year, I took my wife and two kids to New York around the 4 th of July; not the cheapest time of the year to find a hotel in the Big Apple. Because of our YTB Travel Network credentials, we paid $79/night even though the holiday weekend rate was $325/night. Then, they upgraded us to a suite valued at $525/night. We also got an awesome site tour of the historic hotel. YTB Travel Network has truly shown us how to travel in style for a fraction of the regular price.

On a recent trip to Miami and Naples, we received a 50% discount at the first class hotel in South Beach, Miami and nearly 50% off at a four star hotel in Naples, where they also upgraded us to a suite. We have also rented a Buick LeSabre for $26/day and received an upgrade with Northwest Airlines to First Class. Traveling at wholesale prices is the only way to travel. We have saved more money on just these two hotel stays than the cost of the one-time set-up fee and a year's worth of the website maintenance fee.

Excellent travel products & pricing
I am very pleased with our booking engine now, especially Priceline.com. Just last week, six airline tickets were booked on my website and I got paid for airline bookings. This is great news now because most travel agents don't get paid on domestic airline tickets. We also carry Priceline's cars, cruises, and vacation packages, which means I can have multiple income streams and make money while I sleep while people all over the country book on my site. And I don't even have to track the commissions-they are tracked and paid automatically.

Since I am a referring travel agent with YTB Travel Network, I have access to "airline consolidators" where I can book airline tickets at net rates for my clients or my family. This benefit alone is a very powerful tool to add an income stream to my travel business. Since I am connected to the Latin community, I have tons of people who I can help get a cheaper flight to other countries while I make a commission also. It's a win-win situation.
